Terry Green has over 25 years of legal experience in assisting attorneys in various practice areas.  She currently serves as a paralegal with our IP and business team in the Charlottesville office where she assists our attorneys with matters involving trademarks, copyrights, business formations, mergers and acquisitions, capital investment offerings, and other complex business transactions.
