Provides administrative and paralegal support primarily for Patrick Asplin, David Pettit, and Andrew Stockment.

Prepares trademark and copyright applications and assists in the prosecution and renewal of domestic and international trademark registrations.

Drafts, revises, processes and assists with business-related legal documents and transactions, such as contracts, corporate resolutions, business formations, dissolutions and mergers, business sales and acquisitions, stock issuances, corporate compliance, federal and state tax filings, capital investment offerings, and regulatory and securities filings.

Works and files documentation with federal and state agencies, including the Virginia State Corporation Commission, the Delaware Division of Corporations and various other out-of-state business agencies, the Securities and Exchange Commission, the United States Patent & Trademark Office, and the U.S. Copyright Office.
