Lenhart Pettit Forms “Route 29 Solutions” Team to Assist Landowners Impacted by Planned Takings
Lenhart Pettit has formed a team of experienced attorneys to fully and aggressively represent its clients impacted by the "Route 29 Solutions" planned takings. On this matter, we represent landowners and not any condemning authority, as we want to ensure any governmental exercise of this power of eminent domain is authorized and that our clients' constitutional rights to "just compensation" are completely protected—without compromise. We are ready to handle every case through pre-condemnation document review, planning and advising, property valuation, settlement negotiation and trial, should our clients not be receiving full and fair compensation for their property. For more information, contact: Mike Derdeyn (434.817.7978), Page Williams (434.817.7973), or Suzanne Thomas (540.437.3120).
