Flora Pettit Congratulates Richard Howard-Smith on His Re-Election
Flora Pettit congratulates Richard Howard-Smith on his re-election to a second 3-year term on the governing Council of the Virginia State Bar (VSB) for the 16th Judicial Circuit, encompassing the City of Charlottesville and the Counties of Madison, Greene, Albemarle, Fluvanna, Goochland, Louisa, Orange and Culpeper. Richard is also starting a second 3-year term on the Section of Taxation of the Board of Governors of the VSB. Flora Pettit and Richard are proud to serve in support of the mission of the Virginia State Bar and its service to the citizens of the Commonwealth.
