Flora Pettit Elects Ashley T. Hart as New Shareholder
We are proud to announce that Ashley T. Hart was elected as a shareholder of the firm effective January 1, 2024.
Ashley focuses her practice in the areas of commercial, intellectual property, and real estate litigation. She has litigated cases across Virginia, in both state and federal courts, involving issues such as commercial lease disputes, tortious interference, trademark infringement, breach of contract, and unjust enrichment. As part of her practice, Ashley regularly handles document intensive e-discovery matters. Ashley takes a detail-oriented approach to her cases and embraces analyzing complex legal questions. Ashley has been recognized as a Virginia Rising Star by Super Lawyers magazine (Thomson Reuters), and has also been named to Virginia Business’ Legal Elite listing.
