Andrew Toney Creates Scholarship Opportunity for High School Alma Mater

Flora Pettit is proud of Andrew Toney’s initiative and philanthropy in creating and funding a scholarship which will offer both financial and mentoring help to any rising freshman at UNC Chapel Hill coming from Burns High School. 

Nearly 10 years after graduating from Burns High School, Andrew Toney and classmate, Caleb Royster, want to give back to their alma mater.  The duo, who graduated from BHS in 2010, recently decided to form a new scholarship and mentoring opportunity for graduating Bulldogs.
