Patrick Asplin will present on a panel of attorneys with extensive experience assisting new business startups at the Virginia State Bar Advanced Business Law Conference at the Wintergreen Resort in April 2016. The panel will be discussing “The Three ‘T’s’ for Every Startup – Taxes, Talent, and Technology” and is expected to touch on choice of entity, structuring equity ownership among the founders, key executives, passive angel investors, and early identification and protection of IP assets.
