Andrew Miller focuses his practice on commercial litigation, insurance coverage litigation, medical malpractice defense, employment litigation, real estate and creditors' rights litigation, and the defense of professionals in administrative proceedings before Virginia's licensing boards. He also provides risk management advice and counsel to healthcare entities. 

Andrew, a native of the Shenandoah Valley, joined Flora Pettit in 2024 after spending over 10 years as a litigator and trial attorney providing legal defense to healthcare providers in Virginia.  Before attending law school at Michigan State University College of Law, Andrew served as a Committee Clerk to the Virginia Senate Courts of Justice Committee, Criminal Subcommittee, Civil Subcommittee, and Healthcare Subcommittee.
