Ashley Hart focuses her practice in the areas of commercial litigation, intellectual property litigation and real estate litigation. She has litigated cases across Virginia, in both state and federal courts, involving issues such as commercial lease disputes, tortious interference, trademark infringement, breach of contract, and unjust enrichment. As part of her practice, Ashley regularly handles document intensive e-discovery matters. Ashley takes a detail-oriented approach to her cases and embraces analyzing complex legal questions.

Prior to joining Flora Pettit, Ashley worked for a Harrisonburg law firm handling insurance defense, environmental compliance, and trademark matters. She grew up in McLean, Virginia. Outside of her law practice, enjoys gardening, equestrian activities, and spending time with her dog.
