Richard Howard-Smith Presented a Virginia CLE Continuing Legal Education Lecture
Richard Howard-Smith presented a Virginia CLE© Continuing Legal Education lecture on Virginia Business Organizations on February 24th. It was videotaped for use over the next three years for the Virginia State Bar MCLE Board’s Bar Admission Reciprocity Program under Rule 1A:1 for US lawyers seeking to be admitted to the Virginia Bar. This is the third time he has presented for this reciprocity program on Business Organizations.
