Richard Howard-Smith Elected CABA President-Elect
Richard Howard-Smith has been elected as President-Elect of the Charlottesville-Albemarle Bar Association (CABA) for the 2018-2019 annual term, a precursor to serving as President of CABA for the ensuing year. CABA is an active voluntary association of over 300 local lawyers in the Charlottesville-Albemarle area dedicated to the legal profession and service to the public.
