Flora Pettit to Participate in Dominion Energy’s Green Power Program

Dominion Energy’s Green Power Program is one of more than 850 voluntary green pricing programs throughout the country that provide customers with a practical and economical way to support renewable energy and harness the benefits.

By enrolling in this program, Dominion Energy will purchase Renewable Energy Certificates (RECs) from regional wind, solar, and biomass facilities on our behalf. RECs enable individuals and organizations to channel funds to green power projects, mitigating the environmental impact of their energy use. Purchasing RECs also helps support future growth and production of new clean energy technologies.

We are excited to participate in this program which will enable us to have a positive environmental impact in the communities where we live and work.
