Cathy Welsh Appointed to Blue Ridge Community College Board
The Rockingham County Board of Supervisors appointed Cathy to the Blue Ridge Community College Board for a four year term expiring in June 2023. Cathy had previously been on the Board (and served as Chair) of the Blue Ridge Community College Foundation. Cathy believes that Blue Ridge Community College does a tremendous job creating opportunities for individuals in the Valley to pursue educational and career opportunities at affordable prices. It’s contributions to economic development in the Valley is significant and she is thrilled to continue to support the institution in this new capacity.
