Seth Ragosta and Liz Southhall from Zunka, Milnor, & Carter, Ltd., will be presenting to the Thomas Jefferson Inns of Court on the topic of witnesses and clients who “go rogue” on the witness stand and strategies for dealing with those situations. The Thomas Jefferson American Inn of Court is a professional legal organization for litigators based in Charlottesville, VA and surrounding areas. The purpose of the Inn is to develop litigation skills through peer critique and mentorships as well as to promote ethics and civility in the practice of law.
