On October 13 Mike Derdeyn will be discussing wage and hour areas of increased scrutiny and concern for employers to the Charlottesville Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). His presentation will include a discussion of the new U.S. Department of Labor’s overtime regulations which were proposed in July 2015 and are currently being finalized.
