Cathy will present at WASHRM’s September meeting and will describe recent legislative activity regarding federal and state employment laws and regulations, agency enforcement activity and important recent state and federal cases. Attendees will learn practical guidance and recommendations to avoid entanglement with state and federal employment law agencies and how to respond should they be the subject of an investigation.
