Cathy Welsh will present a Legislative and Employment Case Law Update to the Shenandoah Valley Society for Human Resource Management (SVSHRM). Cathy will update SVSHRM members at their January meeting regarding recent state and federal employment law regulations, cases and enforcement actions, especially in light of activity from the Trump Administration’s Department of Labor (DOL) and National Labor Relations Board (NLRB). Staying current on these issues helps employers comply with increasingly complex requirements in employment law.
